Covering an area of almost 10 hectares, farmers cultivate a variety of beautiful flowers for Tet, including chrysanthemums, marigolds, cockscombs, and sunflowers.
In order for the flowers to bloom on time for the festive season, farmers in Tan Ba closely monitor the weather forecast to properly care for the flowers.
This year, farmers in Tan Ba flower village are excited as the flowers are in full bloom thanks to favorable weather conditions.
Currently, many traders from Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, and Binh Duong have come to Tan Ba to make deposits and wait for the day to cut flowers for sale. According to local residents, flowers from Tan Ba flower village are mainly used for altar decoration during Tet, so farmers do not have to worry about selling the flowers.
Each year, the people in Tan Ba only grow one crop of flowers. Economically, it may not bring much profit, but due to their great passion for growing Tet flowers, the local people continue the tradition from generation to generation.
Tan Ba is the only flower village in Binh Duong. Therefore, during the days leading up to Tet, many tourists from all over choose to visit and take selfies.
With the increasing rate of urbanization and the gradual shrinking of agricultural land, residents in Tan Ba have preserved the land for agriculture and flower cultivation.

According to the information given by the website, although Asia has yet to fully reinstate normality like in Europe, there’s no denying that the situation is in a much better place now than it was at the beginning of the year. For instance, it added that several Asian countries which had completely banned tourism in response to the health crisis now welcome them back with open arms, without all of the usual pandemic-era bureaucracy. Based on popular online travel agency Kayak’s recent data, Travel off Path released the top seven Asian destinations for visitors to consider in the upcoming year. HCM City topped the list to be named as the trendiest Asian destination for 2023, becoming the most sought-after destination overall. According to details...

The last fortnight has seen major cities across the country excitedly prepare to welcome Christmas, with festive elements found around almost every corner. Primary schools and nurseries can be heard blaring out traditional Christmas songs to welcome arriving students, shopping centres have launched a range of promotions to lure in customers looking to buy gifts, and many businesses and residential buildings have put up an array of festive decorations to mark the occasion. Whilst these aspects of the holiday season have become more prevalent during December in Vietnam over the last few years, many traditional aspects of the festivities have so far failed to emerge in the way Vietnamese people celebrate the holiday. Indeed, it is common for many local people to think that Christmas Day is actually on December 24th as opposed to December 25th as this date coincides with the end of the Christmas sales. I recall one year seeing staff hurriedly removing festive decorations at Royal City ...
